Driving enterprise efficiency and technological maturity across deep systems and compliance programs.

  • Strategic Planning & Vision. Defined the 2026 Legal Tech initiative roadmap, gaining team alignment on key priorities. Developed a high-level plan to transition Legal Operations to an "AI-native" model by 2027, aligned with company-wide AI maturity benchmarks.
  • AI & Automation Architecture. Built and deployed custom AI workflows and agents using Glean, LibreChat, Claude Code, and n8n to automate workstreams such as legal intake, routing, request handling, and more.
  • Contract Intelligence. Drove implementation of certain AI-driven redlining and markup processes; conducted extensive PoCs and UATs for specialized enterprise AI tools and dedicated redlining platforms to enhance contract lifecycle efficiency.
  • Performance Management. Serve as a core pillar for leadership strategy by managing the Legal department’s OKR process, providing critical feedback and scoring to ensure initiatives remain measurable and impact-oriented.
  • Tooling Adoption. Direct the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions for complex legal needs, including the migration of Corporate Legal and Litigation workflows into Jira and Asana.
  • System Implementation. Led the end-to-end lifecycle, from RFP and requirements gathering to UAT and change management, for the successful global rollout of Onit and Brightflag for e-billing and matter management.
  • Process Optimization. Developed and automated cross-functional intake systems, ensuring seamless legal support for high-volume internal requests.
  • Training & Enablement. Developed and led training sessions on new tooling (e.g. Onit, LibreChat) and topical presentations (e.g. AI for Legal, Legal Ops impact).
